Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. My appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, your non-refundable deposit will be applied as a cancellation or no-show fee. Also keep in mind that when you rebook an appointment your deposit is transferrable one time for another day if you cancel within 24-48 hour before your appointment.
